Absolute Lending Logistics

Absolute Lending Logistics is a national residential valuation firm coordinating a massive panel of over 21,000 appraisers. Despite their operational scale, they operated in a digitally underserved industry and came to me starting entirely from scratch with no existing web presence, no foundational brand system, and a strict development budget. Operating as their technical architect, I engineered a highly efficient, scalable platform from the ground up, translating their offline network into a modern digital footprint without the bloat of traditional agency costs.

Starting from a blank slate, I established a complete brand and UI architecture in Figma. The budget challenge was met through strict scope management and fast iteration using the latest AI tools. The design system prioritized a clean, conversion-optimized user experience, routing disparate audiences, lenders and appraisers into highly specific intake funnels. This visual foundation was then engineered into a scalable, custom WordPress environment purpose-built for the mortgage valuation sector. Because I architected the CMS as a central digital hub rather than a static brochure, I continue to serve as their fractional technical partner, actively developing peripheral custom applications and managing their Google Workspace Applications.
